All the Upanishads in our Vedic literature aim at discovering the true nature of one's own Self i.e. the Chidanandaswaroopam underlying every creation in this universe. This search has to be made by every individual with zeal and dedication with the help of a well accomplished Sadguru who himself is a seeker in a higher plane. Sometimes, the Merciful Lord Himself descends to take the role of the Master. Whatever be the case, a highly motivated sishya sits at the feet of the Guru, asks derivative questions ( Prashana and Pariprashana) and realises the Ultimate Reality and thus he elevates himself from Samsara to Moksha.

     SRI KAMALOPANISHAD aims at exploring the Who, What ,Why,When, Where .........aspects of our Paramaguru Mata Sri Kamalambika and her teachings.

     Dear friends, lets begin our search with the first question " Who is Kamalambika?"

WHO IS KAMALAMBIKA

The name of the person produces a great impression in the mind of the people who hear or repeat that name. This mental picture is normally related to our emotions and experiences which are registered in our memory due to their association. There are some names that penetrate like a mantra and produce an Inner Tranquility, though we may not have seen that person. I wish to share with you what I felt when I heard the name ‘KAMALAMBIKA’

Thus it is evident that ‘KAMALAMBIKA’ bestows boons, sustains goodness and eliminates evil.

Dear Members of Kamalambika family,

     Salutations to the Lotus feet of The Holy Mother! Our Kamalambika family has been growing in leaps and bounds since the last decade. Devotees from various walks of life, from different countries and regions are being brought under one common umbrella irrespective of their age gender, caste, creed and community. The common connecting factor being:

‘Devotion To The Holy Mother’

     Her devotees have been and are being blessed in various ways. Childless couples have been blessed with virtuous children, the sick and suffering have been cured of their dreadful ailments, the jobless have been employed, family issues have been sorted ……. the list is endless.

     The experience of the devotees who have seen HER in her physical form and of those who have not seen HER are the same. This firmly establishes that Mata Sri Kamalambika is not just a person bound by flesh, bones and blood.

SHE IS A UNIVERSAL PRESENCE – AN OMNISCIENT AND OMNIPRESENT SAKTHI

     But each one of us are bound by our own beliefs and experiences. I wish to bring to you a holistic picture of Sri Kamalambika, through a series of articles so that each one of us can feel HER presence in every moment of our life.

PRERANA AN INSPIRATION TO CONTEMPLATION

Every one of us derives inspiration from one or more persons to take up an activity, to attain perfection and success. Parents inspire their children, teachers inspire their students and leaders inspire their followers. But I received a very unique inspiration which later developed into a motivating and energising factor of my life! It guides me through all my actions, leads me as a beacon light, protects me as a guardian angel and strengthens me from within!

    I have been helped to delve into myself and observe my thoughts with ease and thereby understand the dynamics of the human mind and life as a whole from a better perspective by a very special person in my life.

    This inspiration and motivation has been derived from our Guru, Smt. S. Ratnabala garu. She blessed me with a golden opportunity to know in detail about the ideologies of various gurus who have appeared time and again on earth to guide us in various forms and names. She enlightened me on how Sri Mata Kamalambika's teachings are similar to that of the other gurus. Her loving words of encouragement and her messages of wisdom have given me the strength to take this work. But for her constant guidance, I can't even dream to take up this work with all my limitations of knowledge, intellectual and linguistic capacity. For me, she is THE PEETAM AND ITS PRESIDING SHAKTHI! My words can't suffice to express my love and gratitude for her.

    I offer this at Her Lotus Feet and only pray for unflinching devotion and jnana at all times!

Launching of

"Sri Kamalopanishad"

Our Parama Guru, Sri Mata Kamalambika shines brightly as ATMASURYA in the clear sky of Faith and Devotion!!

She radiates infinite rays; each one unique in its own way. Different devotees perceive Her in different aspects. It is not possible for a single person to understand all the attributes of guru's tattva just through one's own efforts. We need to interact and exchange our understanding.

I'm happy to announce the launching of a new tab called FORUM in our website http://ratna.kamalambika.org. Through this forum devotees and disciples of PEETAM can share their experiences and also know how each one realises Her presence in their daily life!

The initial set of articles is being uploaded under the title 'SRI KAMALOPANISHAD'. This is the understanding and assimilation of MATA KAMALAMBIKA'S TATTVA by the disciples of the PEETAM. I want each one of you to read, understand and assimilate the views presented in the FORUM. Let your knowledge unfold the fragrance of spiritualism in each one of you. I assure that our Sadguru Kamalambika will guide you through your efforts and open the doors of jnana marga!
